This warranty covers a variety of potential issues to ensure your motorcycle luggage remains functional and reliable over the years. Specifically, they honor claims related to failed buckles and hardware, broken hardware, sewing and stitching failures, and malfunctioning zippers.
However, it’s important to note that obsolete bags cannot be warrantied, and normal wear, tear, and fading are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, bags that have been involved in an accident are also excluded from coverage.
