Tuff Jug is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life! Valid proof of purchase is required. Products with a purchase date more than one year prior to the warranty claim date require the customer cover shipping costs on any replacement parts or products.
Remedy Options: Tuff Jug reserves the right to either replace any defective component or refund the full purchase amount at our discretion within the first year of purchase.
Limitation of Liability: Tuff Jug cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses, personal injuries, lost profits, or revenue resulting from neglect, misuse, or modifications to the product beyond its original design.
