The POD Active knee brace is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty covers the product for one-year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, negligence, abuse, extensive use, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown in colours and materials over time. POD Active will repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any defective part covered under this warranty with items of comparable size and style.
