To claim the warranty, please present the invoice/ receipt of the corresponding tires for verification.
Warranty against factory defects only. Not Applicable on damages due to road hazard, customer's mishandling or improper use.
Defective tires, as confirmed by our technical team to be covered by our warranty, will be granted a discount corresponding to the amount of remaining tire tread depth.
For warranty claims, no cash refunds shall be issued.
The amount corresponding to the value of the remaining tread depth will be used to offset against the cost of the new tire.
