Warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from date of purchase for all Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru products. This only applies to the "Apparel" and "Luggage" (hereinafter the "product(s)") of mentioned 3 brands. Must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Warranty is against manufacturing defects and faulty materials. In order to activate the standard warranty, please fill out the product registration form with the required information within 30 days of purchasing your product. The warranty covers any type of manufacturing defect or faulty materials used to manufacture the product. Any failure of the product to satisfy your expectations, however caused, may not be considered as a defect for purposes of this warranty. The warranty does not cover damages deriving from: improper use, normal wear and tear, tampering, improper maintenance of the garment, negligence or lack of care, damage caused by falling and/or accidents (i.e. alterations due to external causes), any repairs performed by unauthorized persons, damages caused by other factors / actions beyond the control of Cortech, Tourmaster, and Noru subjective assessments of the user such as comfort and wear-ability, damage caused by prolonged exposure to sources of light and / or heat. The standard warranty is limited to products purchased from “authorized” Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru dealers in the United States. Tourmaster, Cortech, and Noru reserves the right to check whether the claimed defect exists and to repair or replace the product only after it has performed this check. If no manufacturing defect or faulty materials are found after this check, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs of the check and repair and for the relative shipment costs. If we are unable to repair or replace the product or any parts thereof, it will make you an offer, taking the age of the product into account, for replacement of the product with another identical one or with an equivalent model.
