What warranty does your Castle item have?
• Select Castle garments are covered by a 3 year warranty. These items include: Rival Jacket, Stance Jacket, Thrust Jacket, Freedom Monosuit, Tempest Jacket, Surge Parka, Scout Jacket, Tundra Bib, Epic Pant and Surge Pant. ALL other Castle garments are covered by our 1 year warranty. Select Castle Helmets are covered by a 5 year warranty. These items include: CX950. ALL other Castle helmets are covered by a 2 year warranty. See details below regarding all warranties.
• The following items are not covered by any Castle Warranty: T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Baseball Hats and Beanies.
1-YEAR WARRANTY:
All Castle products with an attached Castle Warranty / Registration hang tag purchased from an authorized Castle Dealer are covered by the following product warranty for one year from the date of purchase:
Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If this product fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection. This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications, changes or alterations have been made to the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only. Please retain the following information with proof of purchase; product name and date purchased.
3-YEAR WARRANTY:
Select Castle products with an attached Castle 3 YEAR Warranty/Registration hang tag and purchased at an Authorized Castle Dealer are covered by the following product warranty for three years from the date of purchase:

If this product fails within the first three years due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection. This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear. CASTLE X HELMETS 2-YEAR/5 YEAR WARRANTY:
Castle hereby extends a limited warranty to the purchaser of Castle helmets that the helmet is free of defects in material & workmanship.
COVERAGE: This warranty is applicable for manufacturer’s defect only and is good for two years from the date of purchase (5 years applicable to CX950 models ONLY). It does not apply to any problems arising out of wearer’s misuse, negligence, modifications, accident, etc.
DISCLAIMER: Any warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty are hereby expressly disclaimed. In addition, Castle shall not be liable for any consequential damages.
PROCEDURE: In order to receive warranty, please take the helmet, along with receipt of purchase showing the date purchased, a brief written explanation describing the problem, purchaser’s name and phone number to an authorized Castle Dealer.
FULMER WARRANTY:
Fulmer helmets have a 2-year limited warranty for manufacturer’s defects, and a 2-year limited warranty on apparel.

All valid items in need of warranty repair, MUST be returned to the dealership where they were purchased and the Dealership must then contact Castle Sales Co., Inc. The following must be provided to the dealership for its return to Castle for repair:
• Product must be cleaned before returning. Unwashed products will be returned without being repaired.
• Defective product with an explanation of problem.
• Original Receipt of purchase.
