What warranty does your Castle item have? • Select Castle garments are covered by a 3 year warranty. These items include: Rival Jacket, Stance Jacket, Thrust Jacket, Freedom Monosuit, Tempest Jacket, Surge Parka, Scout Jacket, Tundra Bib, Epic Pant and Surge Pant. ALL other Castle garments are covered by our 1 year warranty. Select Castle Helmets are covered by a 5 year warranty. These items include: CX950. ALL other Castle helmets are covered by a 2 year warranty. See details below regarding all warranties. • The following items are not covered by any Castle Warranty: T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Baseball Hats and Beanies. 1-YEAR WARRANTY: All Castle products with an attached Castle Warranty / Registration hang tag purchased from an authorized Castle Dealer are covered by the following product warranty for one year from the date of purchase: Castle products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. If this product fails within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace it upon our inspection. This warranty does not cover failure due to customer negligence, improper care, accidents or normal wear and tear. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modifications, changes or alterations have been made to the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only. Please retain the following information with proof of purchase; product name and date purchased.
